Before we gather.
How do we secure a space?
The published packages list a $250 deposit for the Main Events Room and $100 for the Bakery Events Room, deducted from the final bill. The team will confirm the space and booking terms with you.
When do you need final numbers?
Final guest numbers and dietary requirements are due seven days before the function.
How long can the function run?
Packages allow up to three hours unless otherwise arranged. Discuss your timing with the events team.
Do surcharges apply?
The 10% regular weekend surcharge does not apply to functions. A 20% public holiday surcharge applies.
Can we bring food or alcohol?
The published packages do not allow BYO food or alcohol. Please discuss any special requirements with the team before booking.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Send us your guest count and preferred setup. The team will confirm which space and layout is suitable rather than promising a capacity that may not fit your occasion.
