When you send a booking request or function enquiry, we use the name, email address, phone number and event details you provide to respond to you and organise your visit. We do not add you to a marketing list through these forms.

How your request reaches us

Our forms use Wix to process the submission and deliver it by email. Please only provide information needed for your request. You can also contact us directly without using the form.

Function enquiries go to events@fordhamsmilkbar.com.au. Bean Thief table requests go to accounts@thebeanthief.com.au.

Bookings and external services

Fordham’s table reservations are handled by OpenTable under its own privacy terms. Bean Thief table bookings are automatically confirmed after successful submission. Function enquiries are confirmed separately by the team.
